Biomology.com. Interactive Microbiome Tools.

Explore the human biome as a living system — then practice interpreting it.

Biomology is an interactive learning experience that follows the human biome across deep time, ecology, development, and clinical health.

The course begins with the origins of microbial life and builds toward modern clinical interpretation: barriers, niches, metabolism, perturbation, resilience, recovery, and stool testing in context.

At the center of the experience is BiomeLab, an interactive stool-test interpretation lab where learners explore markers, clinical context, curated references, and realistic case studies. Instead of treating stool reports as lists of “good” and “bad” organisms, BiomeLab teaches pattern recognition: what matters, what modifies interpretation, what not to overread, and when conventional clinical workup comes first.

Biomology is designed to help clinicians and serious learners see health and disease as patterns emerging from interconnected living systems.
